Sessions

Quest & Co runs facilitated tabletop roleplay sessions for teams that want to build stronger connections and learn how they work together. Your team takes on characters in a story built around your goals, works through challenges that need real collaboration, and comes out having learned something about how they operate together.Play does something a workshop never quite manages. When people step into a story, the usual workplace roles fall away and actual connection happens.No experience or preparation needed. Sessions run for groups of 3 to 6, with larger teams accommodated in parallel. Wheelchair accessible and no physical activity required. Based in Malmö, we come to your office anywhere in Sweden.Choose the format that fits your team:Quest Preview — 2 hours, 6,000 SEK excl. VAT
A focused adventure that fits a lunch break.Quest Adventure — 4 hours, 9,500 SEK excl. VAT
The full journey, with time for a proper debrief.Quest Epic — full day or custom, on request

About

I'm Tamara (Tasha), founder and facilitator at Quest & Co. My background is in behavioural sciences and organisational leadership, with years spent studying group dynamics and workplace inclusion. I've worked across NGOs, education, community management and organisations including UNICEF.Outside Quest & Co, I run Bookwyrm Club, a fantasy book community in Malmö, and I'm active in the creative, gaming and entrepreneurial spaces here.Belonging is what I do.
